Cheap and comfortable

I wasn't in most of my time at the hotel but when i was there i didn't have any problem. I woukd highly recommend good for the price too

There are shopping centers but the area is FILTHY. THE LAST THING I EXPECTED WAS TRASH ALL OVER MECCA!!! Someone kept trying to open my room door at night and The water kept electrocuting me so much so I decided to move to another hotel. There is no microwave and the shower is two feet wide and you are basically on the floor. The water gets everywhere!!! The closet kept falling apart and the doors barely moved on them... I checked out early and they offered a refund. Then later Expedia says they denied me a refund. What a joke!

Won't recommend

I checked into hotel but horrible experience. I won't recommend it if you are travelling from US or UK. Rooms do no seem clean, AC does not work properly. Rooms do not have enough light, table lamps were broken, restrooms are so small you can barely stand. No USB adapters and existing switches are type of old. Even the converter I took didn't work. Basic needs are not available. I checked out the next day as this hotel is far from Khana Kaaba and does not meet the expectations. They didn't give me refund yet and asked to contact Hotels.com which I tried. Hoping to get my refund soon. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Nice stay

Nice hotel, checkin staff allowed 4 hours early checkin without extra payment. Room size was decent. Totally worth it at price. Nice location close to supermarkets there is a bin dawood mart right next to it.

Good hotel for the price

Hotel isa little far from Mecca but the rooms and hotel is clean. You need to take taxi for SR10 to 15 to go to Mecca. Also not near to food stores but next door to to big shopping stores.
