"Since I walked in to the hotel they greeted me well. I arrived to the hotel 1 hour before my check-in time, and I was able to be in the room. Raneem, Manal, and Malik deserve more than 5 stars, they were very polite, friendly and nice. Made sure I am happy. Location is close to a lot of places.
