“Very cute..but very tiny and super dated. Duplex. Not entire house to self. ..through a door is other people....noise
Porch, yard firepit and views great!
Steps to house steep. No handrails. Careful.
No access to beach....all grown up grass weeds trees.. No deck/dock as described on property.pic is next door... Very disappointed. Water pressure in sink very very low. No kitchen. Didnt state it did. But just beware
. The views. Quit was nice. But thats bout it

“The house was spotless, boasting a fantastic location with gorgeous water views and a peaceful, away-from-it-all vibe. Unfortunately, communication was an issue; it was difficult to reach the host for check-in instructions. Providing these details proactively before arrival would greatly improve the guest experience”

“Charity is a gem. She is an expert communicator. Always fast. Always thorough. Our multi-generational family enjoyed this property a lot. The pool was the highlight and was used everyday! All day!! “This is a wonderful place to stay! It is very large and comfortable. The views of the Patuxent are jaw-dropping. The kitchen is big, beautiful, and well stocked with everything you could ever need. The house is spotlessly clean. We spent almost our entire stay on the deck, eating meals at the large outdoor table. We did have a small issue but it was quickly and efficiently remedied by the owner, who was just great about communication. We loved it.”
