"The cable has like three working channels and there is no elevator… BUT they let me bring my dog, check in early and Hannah at the desk went out of her way to call me when my room was ready early. Would def stay again!"

"Pleasant stay, but wish there was a different entrance to the pool instead of having to walk through a locker room. The showers in the locker room were not cleaned, found a bug in one. The towels should be bigger for the pool area, and kept near the pool. No hot tub. Couldn't access the entrance door closest to our main floor room, even though we were told we could. So I parked near that door instead of the lobby after midnight with my sleeping grandchild, having to wake and carry them through...

"We enjoyed our stay at the “Cabbage” for an extended weekend. The lake themed decor along with the functionality of items needed when staying away is great! It is so quiet and calm. We walked to the area where you can put kayaks into the lake. There were geese, ducks, and squirrels which made our dog happy. The General Store in the town of Lake is a must! You can find everything…fresh meat, produce, groceries, memorabilia, craft beers, wine…selection of all is amazing. The Pere Marquette walking...

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay. When I arrived, it was becoming clear that it was going to snow overnight and then get very very cold. I was thankful to have restaurants and grocery stores close! After stocking up for the weekend, I just stayed put, and relaxed, and really enjoyed the view of the river as I sipped tea and let the world melt away. Didn’t get to XC ski or FatBike, I was just too cozy. Maybe next time. Definitely will be a next time. This was just what I needed:)"
