"Het huis was erg vies en stonk. Alles stond volgestouwd met oude zooi. Op meerdere plekken schimmel gezien. Ook het beddengoed stonk. Wij zijn een dag eerder vertrokken hierdoor. Zelfs de thee die er stond was al 1,5 jaar over de datum. Ik kan iedereen afraden om dit te boeken. "
