Excellent budget hotel. My only complaint was that a front desk clerk asked me to exchange a real $20 for a counterfeit one so she could balance the drawer. I guess she did not know what she was asking.

The hotel is great and so are the employees. Breakfast and food available after hours. Mega Shopping Mall and Metro nextdoor. Going left leaving the hotel no too good. Going right you've got the Metro and the Mayorca Plaza - great Mall.

Front desk staff ranged from borderline rude and inefficient to excellent (most were in the latter category). Beds are quite hard but acceptable. Rooms are small and very basic, which is to be expected. The location is excellent, connected to the Itagui metro station and Mayorca shopping centre. I would stay there again.

Huge mall within walking distance. The hotel is comfy, but the rooms are small. Service is great. Breakfast was pretty good and is different daily. The key cards only work on the floor your room is on. The only thing is that the room number is on the key card. Convenient snacks and drinks on site, but expensive. I would return to stay here just for the staff. They were great.
