Visit our king studio suite in a downtown 1910 historic apartment building. Walk to downtown restaurants & cafes, and catch a show at The Holly & Criterion Theaters. This unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom, designated parking and a Casper king mattress. Other features include a Roku Smart TV, High speed wifi, and shared laundry access. This is a great spot to call home while exploring the Rogue Valley, or for a quick one night stop along I-5 as you are traveling through.
The bathroom is small.
This is one apartment in a 1920's 4-plex building. This is a downstairs apartment. There are two apartments upstairs and 2 downstairs. Sometimes noise can travel but we provide earplugs and have strict quiet time hours.
