East Medford luxury home with a HEATED POOL!

If you are looking for a wonderfully located, well cared-for custom-built home loaded with character, quality finishes, high ceilings, large windows, hand scraped wood floors + travertine stone floors, gorgeous tiles, incredible kitchen, newly updated bathrooms, covered patio, and a beautiful Master Suite that includes a balcony overlooking the private back yard with a pool, then this is it!

In beautiful, upscale East Medford, you'll enjoy an easy stroll through a classic neighborhood. Close to parks, shopping, restaurants and wineries.

The kitchen is well appointed with granite counters, quality stainless appliances and lots of natural light! In addition to the master suite, there are 2 guest rooms with a newly remodeled jack-and-jill bath, plus one full bath on the main level. Separate Living/Dining area for entertaining plus a cozy family room, each with a gas/log fireplace.

Your fur babies are welcomed here (cats and dogs under 50 lbs please).

Quiet, relaxing and clean.

Enjoyed the property with two other friends. Not a lot of pics on line, so the outdoor space is mostly patio and pool deck with some grassy areas. Dogs loved running around and chasing each other in the fully enclosed space. One of the bedrooms is smaller and more of a kids room than adult room.

This was an absolute pleasant stay. The expectations I had were exceeded far and beyond. Such a beautiful home and I would definitely consider renting again. Joel was one call away and very communicative on anything that was to come about. Everything was clean and comfortable.
