「Really nice 2 bedroom apartment in historical house-great applicances, comfortable and spacious living and bedroom areas. We were only two, comfortable for up to 2 couples easily. 10-15 minute walk to downtown along pleasant street. Coffee shop around the corner. Very pleasant and comfortable stay , and reasonably priced.」

「This is a great VRBO in the heart of Medford. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and centrally located within Medford. The host was wonderful. He was prompt in replying to our communications. Speaking of location, we were in town to tour wineries in the Rogue Valley of Oregon. All of the places we visited were within a 10-20 minute drive of the property. 「The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned.」
