  • This bright and comfortable 2 bed 1 bath cottage is centrally located in the heart of the Rogue Valley. It’s walking distance to downtown where you will find many restaurants and coffee shops. It’s 2.5 miles from Asante medical center and close to Jacksonville, an old gold mining town and home of the Britt festival. 12 miles south you’ll find Ashland, home of the Shakespeare festival. Enjoy wine tasting at the many winery’s scattered throughout the valley. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Downtown Mint indeed!

This charming home had all the comfort and amenities a renter would hope to have and then some! The central location was also perfect for all the Southern Oregon must sees. Easy check in/out process is another plus.10/10 recommend.

We came for the Britt and enjoyed our stay at this nice quiet home. I was worried at first because its a duplex work a shared wall, but we didn't see nor hear the neighbors.

Great Place to Stay

This was great for our week checking out Southern Oregon. The house is very well equipped as we did a lot of cooking. The host was extremely responsive and very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend in wine country

We wanted to visit Southern Oregon wine country, see a play, do some hiking and relax. The house was perfectly situated for all our plans. Comfy, quiet and well-appointed.

Well appointed cottage

The cottage was located downtown near everything and the beds & linens were an excellent quality. There were coffee beans and a grinder, olive oil salt & pepper. Those things while small make the stay easy and comfortable.

I stayed here with my friend and her husband joined the following day. My friend and I did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the kitchen. The photos of this house just don't do it justice!

Lovely

A quiet four days spent in a lovely home. Enjoyed the profusely blooming garden, short walks to the coffee shop and chicken shack. The house is a mere 5 miles to Jacksonville, a historic town. I highly recommend a stay at the ‘Downtown Mint’!

Great location for celebrating the holidays

Spent Christmas here to be with a family member that lives in Medford. Kitchen was well stocked and were able to make all the meals for the holiday celebration and even able to make gingerbread cookies. Very close to stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive to any questions and stopped by to greet us as we checked in.

Wonderful Little Gem

We were going through Medford on a road trip and found this cute place. It’s exactly as described. Very comfy and quiet. Off street parking was a huge bonus. Only wish we could stay longer and enjoyed the wonderful yard.
