"Everything was great. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice. They also had a patrol officer on the premises."

"The room was hot, the lobby was even hotter during check in, breakfast and check out. During breakfast there were no plates, coffee, eggs or sausage. They kept saying they were working on it but we ended up leaving after 30min. "

"The room was large and nice. Bathroom was clean and had a shower with a glass door.parking was free.I would stay again."

"Cooper is a hidden gem in north dallas. Peaceful setting, wandering ducks, ponds and fountains. Really lovely."

"Honestly the housekeeping is very disrespectful the rooms have roaches everywhere because they don’t make any of the people with pets actually clean their rooms. The second floor by the elevator smells like a dead body. They DO NOT use policy. The female that works days is only nice sometimes we both had a crush on each other but I have never witnessed someone so money hungry. The Men who work the front desk are professional and understand that without the people you don’t have business. I lost everything and the woman allows for housekeeping and the maintenance man to take your belongings. I honestly wish I made a better choice for my temporary residence. If you’re looking for an overnight stay cool. But extend stay go elsewhere. They don’t even have breakfast. Non smoking rooms get smoking room bed linens. So the room smells like smoke if they don’t wash them properly."

"We did a quick 2 day visit to Dallas....I booked the hotel before looking at reviews and was a little scared to go after reading them. But it wasn't as bad as the reviews said.....now the hotel IS OLD and in need of an upkeep! It smells like old carpet in some spots....but that was my only complaint. The room was nice and clean and the Happy Hour they give everyday from 530-7pm was so nice. Its in a good area and honestly I would stay there again."
