Welcome to this late 1890’s home, located in the heart of Medina and within walking distance to our historic downtown district and the Erie Canal. This home was one time a convent for the nuns at Sacred Heart Church, and later was a rooming house for nurses at the hospital, which is located around the corner. This 1- bedroom lower apartment consists of a living room, bathroom and a large kitchen and provides you with all of your basic necessities. Off-street parking is provided at the rear of the home.

Clean property with stock with little extras
This property was very clean. We were thankful for the water in the refrigerator as we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was stocked with kleenex, coffee, travel sized shampoo, conditioner and soap. We have not stayed at a Vrbo property previously and did not expect that. We would stay here again if there was a need to come back to this area. Thank you for a stress free stay.

Super clean and convenient
We visit Medina, NY a couple times each year and have stayed in several places. This stay was super convenient and clean. The property is a first floor apartment! Close to downtown and the Erie Canal. We hope to return soon.
