"Big and clean room, good location, not so friendly to whom with big luggage since there is no elevator or ramp to the building out side from the front desk"
"A good hotel with a nice view of Meditterean Sea in the room, a clean beach and six swimming pools. Recommended to those who like swimming. The gym has many equipment, which is one of the best I have been to. The restaurants are surprisingly not expensive. We stay there for most of our meals. The check in and check out is smooth and the staff is helpful. Other staff from the restaurants may be slow sometimes, and they mix up one of our payment, but still acceptable in general. The pillow and the mattress are relatively soft, not our preferences, but guess that some like them."
Locke de Santa Joana
"I spend 4 nights at Locke de Santa Joana and it was incredible. My room is inside the cultural gallery display which’s unexpected and I love it. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The two restaurants in the hotel are prefect and worth to try."
"The best hotel we experienced so far for the last 2 weeks. Will definitely come back in the future."
Latroupe

"Will choose this hotel again when return to Madrid "
"The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. "
