Motel One Mediterranean Region hotels

"I found mold in my bathroom. The hotel restaurant was both the most expensive and worst tasting meal we had on our 9 days trip. Every single item on the menu listed allergens outside of the ingredients and the waiter brushed it off as “contamination”. Wasn’t clear what we could eat as a group with 2 different significant food allergies. It’s only plus was the short walk to the terminal."

"Rude staff: The hotel's rooftop bar is open to the public and - by the staffs' own comments - have had issues with unpleasant "clientele" (not paying bar tabs, restaurant bill etc). You can expect to be interrogated by doormen whether you're actually staying at the hotel, be required to pay the food bill before you've even started eating and elbowed out of the way to restock the buffet breakfast. Rooftop bar: Food is genuinely awful, probably akin to a microwave meal. Any ambience is destroyed by tourists thrusting their camera over your shoulder to get a better photo of the view. It's also incredibly busy. Pool isn't open until June, so bear that in mind if that's a factor in choosing this hotel."

"Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork."
