Modern holiday apartment with terrace in a quiet location in Medulin – only 400 m from the sea



This tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern holiday home in a quiet residential area of Medulin, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Istria. The house is situated on the southeastern edge of the town, far from through traffic – ideal for those seeking relaxation and proximity to the sea.



With a living area of around 52 m², the apartment offers space for up to five people. It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bright living area with a cosy sofa bed, dining area and modern kitchen unit. This is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: 4-plate cooker, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine, extractor fan and cooking utensils. Air conditioning, heating, SAT-TV and WiFi are of course part of the equipment.



From the living space, you can access the covered terrace with seating - a lovely place to enjoy breakfast outdoors or to let the day end in a relaxed manner. Bedding, towels, and a well-maintained outdoor area available to all guests provide additional comfort. A washing machine can be used from the landlord by arrangement (for a fee).



The privately assigned parking space directly at the house offers sufficient space for a vehicle. The property is completely fenced and is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area.



Within walking distance, you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are located just about 200 m away. You can reach the sea after 400 m, and the famous sandy beach Bijeca, one of the most beautiful family beaches in Istria, is just a few minutes' walk away.



The location is perfect for families, couples, or small groups who want to enjoy the sun, sea, and Mediterranean way of life in Croatia. Whether swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, or leisurely walks along the promenade – Medulin offers diverse leisure activities for every taste. The historic city of Pula with its famous amphitheatre is also only about nine kilometres away and is ideal for a day trip.
