Amazing place

Tatjana and her husband are amazing hosts. The house is beautiful and we love every detail there, all is cleaned and we had everything there. Way to beach is very short and not to much people there. 100% recommendations rate!

It couldn't have been better

We would like to thank our host family once again for sharing their wonderful home with us. We felt like we were “at home” and after a really warm welcome we were immediately in vacation mode. The town was within walking distance and the bathing facilities were very nice and plentiful. In any case, we made the perfect choice and are happy not only to have found such a great house, but also to have met very nice people.

Wir hatten einen brillianten Urlaub und wurden von Tatjana und Donald super herzlich begrüßt! Das Haus entsprach exakt der Beschreibung - der Eindruck vor Ort war noch besser! Der Strand um die Ecke ist ok - wir waren einen ganzen Tag da und haben es genossen! Es gibt aber genügend andere Strände, die mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen sind. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

Traumhaus, Traumpool

Ein wunderschönes, großes, super ausgestattetes Haus mit einem traumhaften Pool. Die Lage ist ok, ein Neubaugebiet mit leider noch überwiegend unbefestigten Schotterwegen. Der in der Nähe befindliche "Strand" ist leider nur ein kleines Stück Küste mit Steinen, ziemlich ungepflegt und nicht einladend. Das macht aber der fantastische Pool wieder wett. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei sehr netten Vermietern verbracht.

Ein Traum! Super schönes Haus mit einer sehr gut ausgestattet Küche und mega Pool. Der nahegelegene Strand ist nicht so super, aber da man ein Auto hat, kann man schnell woanders hin fahren.

Gerne auf ein Wiedersehen

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber, die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Gebiet wo aktuell (2024) mehrere Ferienhäuser entstehen - keine Panik, in der Saison wird hier nicht weiter gebaut - jedoch sind die letzten Meter zum Haus ein Schotterweg was zu Verwirrungen führen kann. Egal ob Städtetrips oder Badetage, die Lage des Hauses erlaubt beides. Der Strand ist (tatsächlich) nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt - sehr toll fanden wir das kleine 3er Kanu/Kajak das man auf einem Gestell zum, in einer Bucht gelegenen, Strand schieben kann. Wer richtige Wellen haben möchte fährt Richtung Premantura dort gibt es viele kleine Strände, je nach Windrichtung ist der linke oder rechte Küstenstreifen ruhiger (oder eben nicht😅) Hier wäre noch (auch für Kinder) die Safari Bar zu empfehlen 👍 Der Salzwasserpool war nicht zu klein und Liegen sowie Sonnenschirme waren wirklich mehr als genug vorhanden. Die Restaurants im Ort sind in ca. 20 Gehminuten erreichbar - ein angenehmer Verdauungsspaziergang. Waren 9 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Was vielleicht noch zu erwähnen wäre, die Mülltonnen stehen zwar ganz nahe an der Straße müssen jedoch trotzdem ganz raus gestellt werden, sonst werden sie nicht mitgenommen🙈 Viel Spaß bei eueren Urlaub in Medulin wünscht euch Martin

Total gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ganze Organisation war unkompliziert. Danke nochmal für die Begrüssungsleckereien. Die Umgebung muss noch ein wenig angepasst werden. Strassen teilweise noch Schotterstrassen. Zum Baden eher weniger geeignet, doch der Pool war fantastisch.

Die Villa ist wirklich super schön, top eingerichtet und mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet. Es fehlte an gar nichts! Der Pool und auch das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und sind total hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Für uns war alles perfekt und wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche hier! Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben super einfach und unkompliziert über FeWo- direkt gebucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation war wirklich easy. Wir haben auf all unsere Fragen in kürzester Zeit eine passende Antworten bekommen. Die Anreise war unkompliziert. Die Vermieter haben bereits bei Ankunft mit Willkommensgetränken und nützlichen Infos rund um die Region und unseren bevorstehenden Urlaub auf uns gewartet. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben vorzufinden und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Es ist alles für den täglichen gebraucht vorhanden. Am besten hat uns neben dem schönen großen und sauberem Pool auch die liebevoll eingerichtet und sauberen zimmer (teilweiße sogar mit Meerblicke) gefallen. Das Meer ist in ca. 200 Metern gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man direkt am Hafen, dort findet man alles. Von Restaurant, Bar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shoppingmöglichkeiten bis hin zu Bootstouren, Safari usw. Uns hat der Urlaub in dieser Villa sehr gut gefallen und wir können dieses nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir wareb mit 8 Erwachsene und einem Kind in dieser Villa. Es ist dennoch Platz für mehr Personen.

Schönes modernes Haus

Das Haus war super, alles 100%. Drum herum wird leider noch immer viel gebaut, so dass man ab früh morgens Baulärm hatte. Wichtig zu wissen: es gibt nichts an Grundausstattung im Haus: weder Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, noch Shampoo in den Bädern. Das war zumindest unerwartet.

Tolles Haus in Medulin

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Der Salzwasserpool ist supersauber und nur ganz leicht gesalzen. Das W-Lan ist top! In der Umgebung sind viele Baustellen, welche dank des Arbeitverbots aber nicht weiter gestört haben. Die Familie Mandic ist sehr freundlich. Es hat uns allen wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige war wir uns wünschen würden, wären Auflagen für alle Liegen und größere, stabilere Sonnenschirme...

Sehr schöne Villa, perfekt eingerichtet zum Wohlfühlen

Die liebenswürdigen Gastgeber empfingen und verabschiedeten uns sehr freundlich; die Villa erfüllte unsere hohen Erwartungen; drei Familien-Generationen fanden beste Voraussetzungen für erholsame Ferien – bis auf nächtlichen Lärm durch jugendliche Nachbarn. Doch auch dies konnte Tanja mit einem Anruf beim Nachbar-Eigentümer schnell abstellen. Etliche Ausflüge in die abwechslungsreiche Umgebung rundeten unseren unvergesslich schönen Familienurlaub ab. Top Villa - supercool Pool

The Villa is really nice and spacey. The rooms are big enough and all have a own bath room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The pool is big and one of the highlights. You will find shadow spots around the pool all day. Enough sunbeds are available. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The Villa is 5***** for sure. But the surrounding area is not that nice.

Schöne Villa für Urlaub mit Familie & Freunden

Die Villa ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer mit Bad sorgen für die nötige Privatsphäre und sind somit auch für gemischte Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen von Medulin. Zu Fuss ist die Standpromenade zwar erreichbar, aber es ist trotzdem von Vorteil, mit dem Auto anzureisen. Die Baustellen in der Umgebung sind zwar mehrheitlich stillgelegt, aber für das Auge ist das neuentstehende Quartier natürlich nicht so toll. Sobald diese abgeschlossen sind, ist die Villa perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Erholungsfaktor. Vielen Dank an Tatjana & Donald für die Gastfreundschaft.

Es ist ein Kompromiss

Das Haus ist super, groß genug für mehrere Familien und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Leider sind zu viele Baustellen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Frühstücken mit Baulärm ist nicht so toll und nachts dröhnt laute Musik aus der Ortschaft oder einer Bar. Das Meer dort ist auch nicht schön, so dass wir das Haus zwar sehr genossen haben, aber immer weiter weg gefahren sind. Also ein Kompromiss wenn man den Platz benötigt, aber nach Medulin kommen wir sicher nicht mehr.
