「We loved the house it was perfect quiet house and fabulous in side so cosy everything was perfect and the owner should be so proud myself and husband and kids had a blast we so fell in love with the house 」

「We wanted to relax and this cottage was perfect. The beach is 30 seconds walk, the view is breathtaking. We relaxed, played games, read, talked around the open fire, swam, walked and just chilled. No tv, no screens (although there is Wi-Fi), we detached from the phones and iPads and let our brains breathe. Will be booking again for next year or maybe even during winter. Tony and John were so helpful yet respectful of our privacy. Can not fault the cottage or the area. Loved every minute.」

「This roomy cottage is just perfect for a getaway at the edge of the world and can comfortably accommodate a large family or a couple of couples and kids. Your hosts Pauline and Hugh are marvellous and are happy to help with suggestions on nearby attractions and the surrounding countryside is breathtaking with towering mountains right next to a proper surf beach. The local sheep make it all so idyllic. We’ll be back soon.」

The space is wonderful and has lots of room and outdoor space to enjoy. The property itself was very clean and had everything you could possibly need to make your stay memorable. We went to Slieve League cliffs one day (beautiful not to be missed!)Donegal town one day and had a delicious meal at the Blueberry Cafe and explored the town and Donegal Castle. We ordered food from TJs takeaway and ate in Mac's pub. ( Edel is an absolute angel) We went to the Marina Cafe in Killybegs 2 times. Everyone was so so friendly!! We loved our little place in Dunkineely....we felt like locals. Everyone knew of it when we shared where we were...

「We - myself, my adult daughter and her dog - spent a week at the property. It's clean, warm, fully equipped and a great location to 'get away from it all' and explore South Donegal. All in all, everything went well and we had a great time. Highly recommend this property - just be aware that it IS remote (but that's part of the attraction).」
