"okay so the overall the room was really dated, the bed did not have a proper box spring, but it was wasn't a terrible sleep. The room had 2 beds and my partner told me the smaller bed was more comfortable. We realized the TV also didn't work, called the front office and asked for help, tried their troubleshooting steps and then crickets. The check-in process was quick and check out was even easier and the hold on my card was removed without issue. I would go back because the tub was actually clean, it's for sure dated but the tub is for sure been cleaned, jets as well. The vending machines are cheap and don't have name brand drinks but there are lots of things nearby so that's the added bonus. Also bring cash and change since the vending machines don't accept credit cards."

"Everything is very close by...groceries and stores. We went to Val Cartier Village most times 20-25 minute drive. Apartment is very warm for basement unit. Had all kitchen necessities for cooking..extra linen and blankets. Omar swapped out the TV box with his own right away when I reported it was having some issues. Very responsive and hospitable! I would stay again and even took an additonal night."

"Great location and great staff. Ongoing renovations and no restaurant while we were there. Some homeless in the walkway. Room was amazing and clean. Would stay again once renovations are completed. "
