「Small hotel with helpful staff」

「Staff were helpful, friendly and spoke some English. The room was reasonably clean, except for some staining on the sheets and some parts of the shower looked like they had not been cleaned for a while. Otherwise the stay was convenient, as it was close to the ferry, and comfortable. Very reasonable for the price but don’t expect the Ritz.」

「We had to modify our trip when we arrived in Vietnam as our daughter fell very sick on the first day. We had no feedback from the hotel, despite the fact that our request was just to postpone our arrival. Customer service was inexistent.」
