“Ceci n'est pas un hôtel mais plutôt un genre de guesthouse. Il est placé plutôt au calme au bord de la rivière et au pied du mont Phousi. Il faut 10 bonnes minutes de marche pour atteindre le marché de nuit. J'ai aimé le grand lit et le balcon avec la vue sur la rivière.”

“This is an older, unkempt property. The room numbers were written on yellow Post-It Notes above each door. I was in two different rooms due to a mix-up. Neither one had soap. The woman running the place asked me how much I'd paid for my room when I came out for breakfast on my first morning, even though it had come with my room. It took nearly ten minutes to explain to her that breakfast was included regardless of how much I'd paid. ”

“Never get to stay. Book hotel for Luang Prabang. Was charged and paid for. However, later learned the hotel did not exist and still in construction . The website was misleading. Expedia/Hotels.con should have vetted Coconut Hotel Luang Prabang. Causing lots of inconvenience. Ended up staying at My Ban Lao in Luang Prabang instead. A bluer nice and upper class hotel. We loved the hotel. Found there is a Coconut Hotel in Vientiane. Staff was nice and is helping out getting refund. ……

“Please dont book this hotel. The hotel doesn't exist. I booked it and paid, showed up, and upon non-existence, made a complaint to hotels.com, who did not want to do anything about it... horrible customer service. Please please steer clear”
