"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

On the first night we thought that the house wine was included as menu had no price. "Ich habe im Voraus glutenfreies Frühstück für eine Person angemeldet. Dies habe ich beim CheckIn nochmals abgefragt, und es hiess, wenn ich es angemeldet habe, würde es schon klappen. Das Team vom Frühstücksservice wusste dann aber nichts davon, hat sich dann aber doch Mühe gegeben und etwas bereit gemacht. Das hat mich gefreut. Im Frühstückssaal hatte es sehr viele Fliegen, was mich etwas störte. Sonst war der Aufenthalt sehr positiv. "

"I booked this hotel at the last moment without knowing much about the area, other than I was going Obergurgl to ski. I was pleasantly surprised!
