The check in was a bit of a problem but Alessia of the concierge service was very accurate and managed to solve the problem very fast. There was also a problem with the alarm system that was not solved during our stay but we knew what the problem was and handled accordingly. The property was not rented the week before our stay and we had to open all doors to aerate the house properly. But these are minor flaws. The house is very agreeable with good kitchen , good barbecue, nice big pool and with the trees in the garden there is enough shade. We had a great time with our children and grandchildren. The house is well located near Aqui Termi.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und relativ ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Außenbereich und großem Pool, der mit einer permanent laufenden Filteranlage und Poolroboter hervorragend ausgestattet ist (nicht beheizt). Ebenso die Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool samt der sehr guten Sonnenschirme sind ausgezeichnet (Polster für die Liegen/Sitze waren nicht vollständig und teilweise nicht passend, was aber nur wenig Einschränkung bedeutet hat). Auch die Ausstattung der Bäder und der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Allerdings waren ein paar Dinge defekt und konnten auch nicht während des Aufenthaltes repariert werden: - Gaskochfeld: Nur 2 Flammen (die anderen beiden waren defekt) - WLAN: Hat nicht funktioniert (Richtfunkanlage) - TV: Keine Funktion in allen Räumen - Automatisches Zugangstor: Defekt. Der Zugang musste mit einigen Tricks manuell durchgeführt werden. - Schlafzimmer/Bad im Nebengebäude: Strenger urinaler Geruch (sehr wahrscheinlich Marder unter dem Dach, was man auch gehört hat) Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss zwar sehr schön und groß ist, jedoch nicht abgeschlossen ist (offene Treppe zum Büroraum). Der Weg zum Bad ist schon ein Stück. Ein Bad ist neben der Küche (neben der Doppelgarage), also nicht in der Nähe eines Schlafzimmers. Trotz allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren als Familie (4 Generationen) unterwegs.

Vi havde en rigtig god ferie i dette dejlige hus. Poolen var meget lækker og området omkring var velholdt, velfungerende og meget hyggeligt. Venlig og hjælpsom vært.

stayed for 2 weeks with 2 kids (6&9) and 6 adults. Had a wonderful time. Luckily there was a large pool because the temperatures were really high. The house is very nice, was really clean and has airco’s in all the bedrooms which considering the weather was a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a very good bbq available. The terrace is fully covered so you can escape the sun if you want during the whole day. Davide who welcomed us, is super helpful and has some great suggestions for restaurants, enotecas and trips. Acqui Terme is the closest town (5min drive) and has all the shops you need. Would defintely recommend this house.

Luxueuze villa met vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Geen moeite teveel om je verblijf 'af' te maken. Mooi zwembad met luxe en zelfs eigen kok (te huur). Fijne ervaring met dank aan Davide, zijn broer en natuurlijk de kok!

What a wonderful holiday we had. This house is so lovely. The house is well maintained, with a beautiful garden and a beautiful swimming pool. If you step inside you immediately have a "home" feeling. Well worth visiting town Acqui Terme only 5 minutes away (by car). Een ideaal familie-vakantiehuis op een prachtige plak tussen de bossen en de wijngaarden. Heerlijk zwembad , mooie tuin , groot terras voor èn achter het huis. Met de familie 2 geweldige weken beleefd!
