Ocean view was terrific from the 8th floor. Room was clean, and we cared for. Bed was comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. The restaurant and outdoor area were great, except when it got to windy for us. The food offerings were very good, well prepared and priced right- not expensive. Live music ...

Extended Stay America Premier Suites Melbourne I95
Room linens were all old. Missing conditioner. Water pressure for the shower was lowest. Beds were smelling a bit. AC was set at 64 and it was too cold. Breakfast was a joke. Not fruits at 7:30am. It was pretty bad for the price. I would ask for a refund.

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront
Outside of building and landscaping needs to be done. View of ocean was good but not looking down at the property. Rooms need updating (curtains, furniture). Bathroom was nice though. Hot tub too small. Staff not that friendly.

We had an ocean view room and it was wonderful. The pool and pool area was a little small, but it was nice and kept very clean. We will go back.
