Not good

Location great but building hard to find. Very confusing information about where to locate key. Communication poor. And not timely. Apartment mostly clean except for terrible drip stains on walls. Gross. Could have been cleaned Toilet in main bathroom could not be flushed so not working. Luckily there was a second toilet. Internet not working. Heater/cooler in lounge relied on internet so didn’t work.Hot weather in Melbourne but fan in main bedroom didn’t work.
