Free all day parking is available of the street in front of the apartment.
No parking permits are required.

NOISE AND NEIGHBOURS.
Guests should have consideration for the neighbours and the neighbourhood.
Noise and amplified music must be turned down after 10:00pm.

NO PARTIES.
Guests are welcome to invite visitors to enjoy the property.
Parties are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.

APPLIANCE MANUALS.
Instructions for household appliances can be found in the Appliance Manual which is located on the workstation desk.

PANTRY.
The pantry is stocked with basic cooking essentials.
Guests should feel free to use the pantry supplies as they need.
Guests are requested to kindly replace any pantry items that they may become exhausted or expired.

COURTYARD
The apartment has a undercover outdoor with table and two.

CLEANING PRODUCTS.
Household cleaning products are located in the kitchen in the cupboard under the sink.

PET FRIENDLY.
The apartment is pet friendly.
Pets must be kept off the furniture and beds at all times.
Guests must keep their pets quiet and under control at all times.
Guests are responsible for their pets, their waste and any damage caused.

LOSS AND BREAKAGES.
Things can and do break, get lost or can go wrong.
If they do, please advise any loss, mishap or problem as soon as possible.

HEATING AND COOLING.
The apartment has panel heaters. Fans are provided for cooling.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATION.
Please consider the environment and turn off lights, power, heating and air conditioning when not in use.
Please use water wisely and try to minimise waste.
A monthly allocated budget is provided for reasonable use of all utilities during your stay.
If continued excessive use for long term stays is recorded guests will be advised and additional charges may be made.

FACIAL BLEACHES.
Please be careful not to use the towels with any facial skin treatments that may cause bleaching.

RUBBISH.
Kitchen rubbish bins are located in the kitchen cupboard next to the sink.
Additional bin liner bags are located in the kitchen cupboard under the sink.
A small broom and a dust pan and brush are located in the laundry cupboard.
Council general and recyclable waste bins are located in the rear car park that is accessed via the rear door in the second bedroom.
The Red Council Rubbish Bin is for general waste.
The Yellow Lid Council Rubbish bin is for recyclable plastic bottles, steel and aluminium cans, paper and cardboard and glass bottle and jars.
The bins are put out on Wednesday night for collection by the council early on Thursday morning and then returned.

LAUNDRY.
A washing machine/dryer is located in the laundry cupboard off the hall.
An iron, ironing board located in the laundry cupboard.
Guests are reminded to check and clean the washing machine pump filter and clean the detergent drawer of detergent residues as per the user manual.

BROOM CUPBOARD.
A broom, mop and bucket is located in the laundry cupboard.

BEDDING, LINEN, TOWELS AND BLANKETS.
The beds have comfortable mattresses.
Extra bed linen and towels are provided for guest’s use in the cupboard in hall.
Extra T-towels are stored in the draw in the kitchen.
Please wash and replace any extra linen or towelling used during your stay prior to departure.

CHILD’S COT AND HIGH CHAIR.
A children’s porta cot and high chair is available on request.
Baby blankets can be supplied.

EMERGENCY.
Dial 000 in an emergency to access police, fire and ambulance services.
For emergency use a fire extinguisher and torch are stored in the cupboard above the kitchen stove.
A first aid kit is in the medicine chest in the bathroom.

CHECK IN AND OUT.
Check in: Usually after 2pm. or as arranged.
Check out: Usually before 11am. or as arranged.
Wherever possible an early Check-In and/or late Check-Out will be accommodated.
