Warning

Needed updating, bath/shower no good to get in and out very tricky. Electric cord for the microwave going across the kitchen sink. Air conditioner held together with tape, cooker well used and dirty no control markings for heat settings. They advertised for gym but was not open was told because of COVID and he said he had put the notice on hotels. Com but when I checked it was not there. Entrance tiles were broken and covered with boards and looked like it has been like that for a while. Not easy to get when you first arrive, person looked like he had just woke up and the reception was a mess and took longer than it should have. Had to keep asking for receipt. Never go back there!!

The aircon wasn't working day 1, promised it would be fixed the next day or we would be moved to another room. This didn't happen, the staff give us extra fans. The temperature was in the high 30, so much smoke from the bushfires so we couldn't even open the windows. Lock on the door was very flimsy, showed a staff member and she said it would be fixed the following day. We received 3 phone calls while out on the Tuesday about paying the $45 dollars parking, but when we arrived back to our room the door lock wasn't fixed or the aircon (check) when I mentioned the lock to the staff member he said he had fixed the other door and mentioned a reimbursement for the air-conditioning not working he was going to talk to his operation manager, last we heard of this, he fixed the correct door and I paid the $45 dollars parking. When we checked out the $45 dollars was refunded to us as compensation for the air-conditioning not working. I expressed and explained the above to the staff member her response was we give you extra fans.

A lot of the amenities were broken including the sliding wardrobes, bathroom door and kitchen sink. The cleanliness is ok overall, no free parking. Location is great, very close to melbourne cbd.

Unfortunately from check in my stay was not good. Communication from staff was poor. Room had a bad stench, condition of room was bad. Windows were disgustingly dirty, doors wouldn’t lock properly or close. The bed was so uncomfortable, seemed very very old. Carpets had stains and rips all over them. Location of the property was the only half decent thing unfortunately.

Worst accommodation ever

Photos coming you will be horrified how dirty and in such great disrepair every part of this apartment was and the first one we were offered was even dirtier and was called the Executive apartment !!!!!! Room 12 had a broken washing machine,dryer,dish washer. Ripped curtains, dirty micro,carpet and floor tiles,windows, no extra linen,light bulb missing. Broken panels on doors in kitchen and bathroom.Shower leaked. Screens broken.No mattress covers etc

Even though this apartment had double ranchsliders the road noise was terrible and kept me awake most of the night. The beds were hard and we all thought uncomfortable. The apartment was spacious amd its ashame a few chamges would make all the difference. The cleaners need to spray less fragrance around and spend more time cleaning. The shower had mould ion all the tiles. Left a lot to be desired

I did not booked this reservation. I was in New Jersey, New York USA when it was booked. Travelocity contacted the hotels and they replied was that they was sorry. But, they are not able to do anything about it and could not cancel it and was keeping my money? All this done, within an hour from the original booking. This is a fraud case and I am taking action against both Travelocity and the hotel.
