The hub of the home is the open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area which overlooks the sparkling solar heated pool and tranquil gardens. Relax on the sun lounges, take a dip in the pool, play some basketball on the half court and enjoy alfresco dining with family and friends. The options are endless! There's also a separate gazebo next to the basketball court with a dining table, cafe blinds and a plumbed gas barbecue providing outdoor entertaining all year round.
The living area features large comfortable sofas perfect for snuggling into, and a gas log fire to keep you cozy on cooler days. The 2nd lounge room has a double sofa bed that is suitable for a young person or teenager. Down the hall you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, including a huge master bedroom with ensuite, plus a family bathroom with an indoor spa bath. Additional features include ducted heating and cooling, ceiling fans, DeLonghi coffee machine, and to keep everyone entertained there is a half basketball court, trampoline, pool and pool toys, various kids DVDs, games and toys to enjoy!
