Additonal generous family bathroom, well appointed kitchen with settings for 10, lovely comfortable lounge area and dining for 8, with both heating and cooling and a pot belly fire. Sprawling front deck, with large BBQ, 8 seater dining table, 5 seater couch, heaters and blankets to snuggle up and view the stars at night. Fire pit and games area under the carport with table tennis, darts and the use of a kayak. Back deck with out door setting for evening drinks.
