The room was sufficient, the bed was comfortable. I was within walking distance to cafes, public transport, theatres, etc. I did think the listing included a washing machine, but this was out of order. There were paid laundry facilities on-site though. The dishwasher in the room (bonus), was also not working.

Room and location very good.BUT booking in a nightmare…there is no one on reception so if you are arriving late, or if there is an issue with your room you must phone and wait.If you lock yourself out no one on site to help…worth paying a little more and getting the luxery of someone at the premises. BUT the accommodation good.

Good location, but this is my first that accomodation does not provide a shampoo. Usually Bodywash and Shampoo are basic amenity. Clean and enought facilities for staying.

The room is little rundown. The tolid room sink was clogged but was quickly fixed after reported. The washer door was broken and stuff left behind inside again it was fixed next day after reported. The closet door is broken but usable. There were tree or water flies around which killed few. The carpet was dammed and look dirty. The air condition unit is old and loud when turn on. The TV is old and not modern smartTV. not much selection on TV channel or not able to connect to internet or display via device. The location is nice and accesible to many restaurant an tram service. It is inside the Melbourne CBD area

It was a small room, some hard to clean mould in the shower but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Great spot, right next to the markets and a woolies. Very walkable. Hadva great stay.

Good for a short stay. Not a long stay. If you are staying for longer, higher one of the bigger rooms. The room is okay. Our washer/dryer combo could not dry clothes, even when we attemoted to try something for 4 hours, so everything we washed had to be hung to dry. The room gets stuffy and dusty very quickly. I got a bit sick due to the accumulating dust in the room from the carpet. This is no fault of the place, but cockroaches came into the room whenever we opened the doors for fresh air. Im guessing it is because the room was humid and dusty. The bathroom gets also easily flooded as the shower door has a gap at the bottom that leads to the rest of the bathroom. Staff are phenominal however with their service. Whenever we needed them, they were available and tailored to our needs. The amenities were also good!

This property might be okay, if you have complete flexibility for your stay. For example, there is no front desk (known when booking), you have to coordinate a time via phone to check in. You cannot leave your bags in the property before or after check-in and there is no parking (again - known at time of booking). The property is very dated, the carpets have large lumps throughout the living and bed rooms and are a bit of a trip hazard. There is extension cords and power boards running across the floor in the living room and a power board next to the bed. The heating/cooling system could be the loudest I've ever experienced and there was a reed diffuser which makes an overpowering smell for a small apartment. The TV in the living room did not work (it turns on and has a blurred picture) and the batteries in 2 of the 3 remotes were flat. Positives are that the apartment is a good size and has all of the facilities that you would want in it. It is very close to the Queen Vic Market and easy walking distance the central Melbourne.

This place was fantastic.. They really did me a solid by giving me a room on higher floor overlooking the market. For a solo traveler or even 2 people that place is great and in a good central location. The person met me at the place when I arrived, showed me around and then left me alone. Perfect. As mentioned in previous reviews, the kitchen area is small and not the most modern but everything worked great and was perfect for my needs. Would definintely stay here again.
