When you arrive, you will park and walk right to your front door. Inside is a dainty yet spacious environment with tongue and groove vaulted ceilings in the center, a modern style kitchen, efficient bathroom with a shower and a relaxing bedroom. Equipped with smart TV’s and a comfy queen-size bed. Your view to the courtyard is right out your slider and set for peace and enjoyment with a sitting area to relax and enjoy.
The Living room has a cozy pull out sofa and a 52" smart TV. The modern kitchen is bright with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, flat top stove/oven combo, Keurig machine and all your cooking essentials to enjoy home cooked meals during your stay.
Adjoined to the kitchen is the dining room table that seats 4. The internet is 100Mbps and the service provider is ATT
We have three separate historic houses on this large property. We would lobe for you to enjoy all three and come back!
Please remove your shoes at the door before walking through the cottage. We do not allow pets due to allergy concerns with owners and guests.
The Bungalow is almost 100 years old with old plumbing. Wipes and female toiletries cannot be flushed. Toilet paper only please. If those items are flushed and a clog is induced the guest will be responsible to pay to unclog up to 250.00

The internet is ATT and is 100mbps. The TV’s are for streaming only and we offer no cable TV. The smart TV’s have the apps you can login too if you have accounts for various desired apps. We are not the geek squad but will do what we can to help if there are any issues.
