Great for a downtown Melbourne get away

The unit was well located close to transport and shopping. One wish would have been for the unit to have a larger TV with cable service.

Great location within walking distance of everything

Property good but a little smaller than photos. Just missing some little things ie broom, some cooking utensils etc.

The location is good, and the property is in good condition. I just wish we had been informed that the fridge/freezer was not working properly before our arrival. The ice cream we bought melted the next day :( ... Anyway, it was replaced during our stay, so the next guests won't have the same issue.

I stayed at this facility for 5 days to watch the AOT. The location was great and I had a great time. I would like to use it again. However, there were only 2 issues. 1. Check-in at "BE MY GUEST" must be completed by 6:00 p.m. 2. The coin laundry next door closes early, so it cannot be used late at night.

Great location, will be back again

Happy with location and size of apartment. Will definitely be back, there were a few things that needed attention though. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. Wasn't enough. Should have been more. A few extra towels would have been good as well, for the same reasons. The fridge doesn't work. We moved our fridge items into the freezer and they were chilled like they had been in the fridge so the freezer doesn't work as it should either. Highly recommend for location to Spencer street station, food options down on the Alley way arr great as well.

Was pretty good overall, just a few improvements required to make it very good…..bathroom lighting not bright enough; no ice container and the freezer actually doesn’t even freeze to make ice in a special bag; kitchen equipment is basic and no Pyrex bowl/casserole dish for use in microwave; lack of PowerPoints; mattress springs could be felt

Sister trip

Just right for the two of us on our lightening fast trip of arriving 5pm Friday and leaving 6 am Sunday. Great location, great facilities, close to the transport we needed and restaurants. Had everything we needed. Gustavo a top host who sorted out a self check in issue promptly. We both would stay there again when next in Melbourne.

Quiet and comfortable in a lively location

Comfortable and pleasant accommodation, and very convenient to the station. We did struggle to find Rose Lane as there was no street sign. Everything was as described, the view was amazing, the shower great, and the beds comfortable, although as others have reported the second bedroom was a little too warm. Gustavo responded promptly when we advised him that the blind cord broke. It was fixed the next day. Overall, we had a great time.

Pros: centrally located with everything nearby, (shops, transport) walkable. Place was clean. Easy to get keys even after hours. Had a good amount of crockery etc, great view, good size space. Cons: does not provide pool towels even when asked, only one key provided, both beds were doubles so my 6 foot husband struggled to fit.

One of the beds is a double mattress on a queen base, doesn't make for a good nights sleep. Owner did not respond to email sent by guest asking the whereabouts of the pool. No information inside unit about property facilities. Two keys need to be provided.

Great location

Property was very clean and tidy and the location was excellent. Close to the hustle and bustle. It was surprisingly quiet inside considering the busy area. Gustavo was easy to deal with. We had an issue with the shower which was fixed immediately once reported. The only thing I can suggest is softer, fluffier pillows 😊. We had a great time

Nice clean, quiet apartment in a superb location close to transport and DFO with a quality pool and gym. Good quality shower, beds were OK, though the rustic iron framed bed needs a little tlc.

Great little place. Worked well for us but second room was quite hot and needed to leave the door open so lacks privacy. Immaculately clean and well positioned. Well provisioned. Would be helpful to have 2 keys as you need a key to operate the lift so you need to all go out and return together
