On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway.
Everything is great except the wifi is a bit dodgy and cuts in and out depending on which room you're in

Comfortable beds, nice clean room.
Negatives- need way more power points or a power board. Tv faced the bed instead of the couch and it wasn’t able to be swiveled, so had to sit on bed instead of comfy couch. Overall , a pleasant one night stay
Enjoyed the stay perfect for what I needed comfy bed and nice an quiet

Parking was fine, the bathroom was lovely. The carpet was threadbare and not too clean. The drapès didn’t close properly and were inside out.the bed was so hard.
New bathroom though hot water took 3+ mins to arrive, hard thin mattresses, empty pillows, sticky floors, even the curtains were mounted backwards, the room wasn't serviced in 4 night's despite asking and gaining assurances from the manager I'd look elsewhere
Property is currently being renovated. The wi-fi is poor and I was required to move rooms three times for a 2 night stay. Windows don't open, bathrooms are missing tiles and have mildew. One room I was moved into was that pungent with the smell off ammonia it made me sick and had to move rooms again.
Do NOT believe this photo! Probably taken 10 years ago. Lack of power points so they supplied power boards.Asked to change rooms and then got one where the single bed mattress was on a double bed base and we had to walk sideways between the beds. I caught my leg on the sharp corner and I am 75 years old!
Dishes dirty in cupboard. Biggest requirement at this hovel is health and safety inspectors!
1. Parking: This was used by nearby workmen's 4 wheel drives, to park around the clock for their shifts on Vic Big Build. Big engines backed into the unit doors, changing at hours in the middle if the night. We returned to our unit at 5 pm on 2 occasions, to have no parking. It was organised 30 minutes later, when workmen finished the shift on nearby worksite.
Hot water was a disaster, a problem of cheap installation.
The lounge chair had completely peel off vinyl, the other chair legs were loose, the single bed was a king size bas with a much smaller mattress.
they reluctantly gave us fresh towels, only once after we chased them up over putting the sign out with no response. We had to beg for more tea bags and sugar.
Your photo is nothing like the reality of the room.
We are average elderly Australians who treat other people's property with respect. This was a horrible experience and I believe a parking racket for money is going on.
Expedia was recommended to me, but never again after this experience.
