The property is clean, quiet and has a great views of Melbourne CBD skyscrapers from our room, super convenient location closer to southern cross station prime location, the breakfast was very nice, I know few hotels provide breakfast just name sake , but holiday inn provides super big breakfast, I was super impressed , thanks to their hospitality, I will recommend this hotel for my friends and families ..👍

The hotel offers a big breakfast buffet, but more on quantity than quality. It's very convenient because there are many small, reasonable dining options within walking distance. Only a 2-minute walk to the train station. Would stay here again. You just need a bit of patience with the elevator as it takes a while due to the large number of guests who stay here.

The only room offered on the special deal through Expedia was an accessible room & for us we sure did appreciate the extra space that the room afforded. The included breakfast was more than adequate.
