  • LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Come and enjoy this tropical private yard and pool area. You will have a pool all to yourself to enjoy. Romantic for a couples get away, girls retreat or vacation with the family. You will not have to go very far to enjoy yourselves. With the screened in porch/pool, BBQ and swimming pool just outside the door. This cozy three bedroom, 2 bath bungalow is centrally located 69miles from Disney and all Orlando has to offer, 14miles from Cocoa Beach, 9miles to Melbourne Beach and under 5miles to Canova Beach. There are multiple parks close by with tennis, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts. A Children's park and playground are also within walking distance.
