The Space:

Little River Farm by Tiny Away is located approximately 150 meters from the main house in Little River, just a 48-minute drive from Melbourne, Victoria. The farm stay is nestled on a scenic river bend, offering picturesque views of the flowing water.



To the right, guests can enjoy breathtaking vistas of the stunning You Yangs mountain range, just a short 10-minute drive away. If you're in the mood for a scenic drive, be sure to explore nearby highlights, including the renowned Serendip Sanctuary, celebrated for its exceptional birdwatching opportunities.



Then, marvel at the serene beauty of Buckley Falls Lookout, an idyllic retreat offering stunning views of cascading waterfalls and lush surroundings. Finally, don't miss the vibrant Geelong Waterfront, a popular destination for walks, picnics, and panoramic views of the bay.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flushed toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: There is another tiny house called "Little Stream Farm" that sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups. please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. We kindly advise guests to only stay in the large paddock where the tiny homes are located, spanning approximately 50 acres, as well as the areas along the river.



Guest Advisory:



- As this is a remote farm stay, the property does not have town water. Tap water is not suitable for drinking.

- Please respect the privacy of others by avoiding the main house and not crossing to the opposite side of the river.

- The tiny house is approximately 150 metres from the main house and around 200 metres from the nearest tiny house.

Little River Farm by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful farm stay in Little River, just a short 48-minute drive from Melbourne, Victoria. It's conveniently situated near Lara, a charming town known for its stunning rural landscapes, and Geelong, a city located on the shores of Corio Bay.



There’s plenty to explore nearby! Visit Serendip Sanctuary for a peaceful birdwatching experience, stroll along the palm-lined paths of the Geelong Waterfront, hike the rugged granite trails of You Yangs Regional Park, or take in the natural beauty of Buckley Falls Lookout on the Barwon River.



Need to stock up or explore the area? The nearby town of Lara is just a short drive away, offering local shops, cafés, and attractions like Avalon Raceway and the historic Pirra Homestead. A little further, Geelong's vibrant waterfront features museums, galleries, restaurants, and scenic bayside walks. For groceries and essentials, you'll find Woolworths Geelong West, Coles Lara, and ALDI Geelong all within easy reach.

By car;

- 12 mins drive from Avalon

- 31 mins drive from Geelong

- 48 mins drive from Melbourne. All are accessible by car



By public transport: We regret to inform you that transportation directly from our property is limited. Therefore, we recommend that guests travel by private vehicles for their convenience.



Other Things to Note:

- Strictly no pets allowed

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No open fires and BBQ grills allowed during fire season

- No smoking inside the tiny home, except in designated areas

- Telstra, Optus & Vodafone have good signals; while the rest have no signal

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.  

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our flushed toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
