The location was great and the front office/reception fellow couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and the handyman wandering about doing jobs was also very pleasant. Great value hotel!

Property is located on the fringe of the CBD. walking was easy. Trams in the area are free. Restaurants within 100 Metres. Facilities within the apartment were very good. Shower was very small and the extractor fan sounded like a jet taking off and operated when the light was turned on. Overall we were happy with the apartment.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and had everything from a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, heater. Close to southern cross station and multiple tram routes, lots of shopping and dining options and to top it off the staff are so personable and professional!

Very noisy at night. Whilst convenient to town, the loud music from a nearby nightclub or pub went on until 3am on Friday and 4am on Saturday. Rundown but OK for the price, the only real drawback was the noise. Staff on check-in were very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay in Melbourne!

Great location in the CBD! Very close to many sights and shops. But because of that, there were some nights where there was loud noise at night/in the morning. Wasn't too much of a problem for me. The room was very cozy and had everything I needed. It did get stuffy at times though. Overall, the place is good for those wanting to keep to themselves and have an apartment-style vibe.

Location is decent but there are pubs downstairs that make a fair bit of noise on a Fri/Sat Night. The room we stayed in needed some repairs and a refreshment. The sink tap was loose and wobbly and was barely usable. The toilet wasn't super clean and the toilet paper was one ply. The pillow was also poor quality and extremely flat and the bed was pretty soft. Overall it was average at best and wouldn't stay again

The property was overall basic and spacious, and achieved what I required, somewhere to rest my head, in a quiet location. The door to the balcony was locked without the ability to utilise it, and all other windows were locked shut without the ability to obtain fresh air in the apartment. The window in the kitchen did not have a full set of blinds, which was a little unnerving for one who wants privacy. A number of other items did stand out throughout the apartment. However at the end of the day, if the price is right I would consider returning to spend another night.

was given one room, but this had a fuse box that was making noise, so I asked to move. They moved me and advised that the new room was "noisy" but I was not told that the noise came from a nightclub and that the noise could go on till 4.30am. If they had, I would have stayed in the first room. Shelves where glasses stored had not been cleaned in either room for weeks. Bed in the second room had a leg missing. I would not recommend and I would not return.

Terrible experience with early check in, wasted 3 hours because reception didnt make arrangements for us to pick up keys.Prior to that contacted us urgently requesting for payment to be made asap or risk reservation being cancelled, because reception is unmanned at weekends. Requested for early check in made, but no details sent. Not possible to connect to out of hours mobile, no response to voicemails and messages via Wotif. Another couple arrived with same issue and local residents stating "people wait by the door a lot". Rooms are average, shower does not have an easy to locate midzone between freezing and scorching which means showers are not an experience they need to be and extraction fan is loud enough to disrupt sleep if light is used overnight. Very dusty aircon unit and missing some cabinet door handles. Overall average and probably would not have minded, given it was chosen for location, but very poor service let it down in the end and has negatively flavoured the stay.

After i booked i had to contact MadeComfy multiple times as I received multiple emails saying I need to provide my license otherwise my booking would be cancelled (I had done so weeks earlier but had to do manually as any link sent never worked and had someone else's name on it. I requested the invoice so I can review breakdown and see whether a deposit was taken and to make payment from an updated account. I asked for this over 2 weeks in advance and still haven't been provided the invoice, rather being billed to the account i was trying to udpate. When I arrived to the property I requested a second key, for the soap and conditioner to be filled (they were empty) and followed up again on the invoice/deposit. I am now home 10 days after the email and still haven't received any response

Overall, had a great stay. Apartment was perfect for the two of us, and the location made it so easy to walk around Melbourne. Some fantastic bars within a few metres. Check in was very pleasant, and prior correspondence to confirm our booking was fantastic. We had stayed here pre-covid, and we will certainly stay again next time we are in Melbourne.
