Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Great views and nice size balcony. Everything you need is around this area. Looking forward on my next visit. And maybe have to look into moving in long term.

Do not hesitate to book here. The staff were wonderful with special mention to Malcom and James. Efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful were these two. Bravo! Excellent location for walking to the Australian Open. Right on the Southbank with oodles of dining and shopping options at your doorstep.

Room and breakfast was good but the spa/pool was not available. I booked the hotel because I like the pool /spa area. What a shame. Quite disappointed. Window is a bit dangerous.

We got the 3 bedroom penthouse suite for our bridal team before our wedding and quay west met all our expectations! they were very accomodating in both check in and check out procedures as we had some wedding formalaties on both sides. The penthouse itself was amazing, very comfortable and well fit out.

We always love staying here, the staff are really friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious with comfy beds and we got an upgrade. The pool and spa are great with kids

Apart from the bed being cold, it was great. Reception staff were wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t fault it really. Will definitely return again.

We had a lovely stay at Quay West, we were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room with a view. The room was clean and spacious, and the pool was beautiful to swim in. Breakfast was also very nice!
