Quintessential Beachside Apartment

This contemporary beach-style relaxed apartment offers a lot of natural light with a spacious living and dining area which opens out onto a private balcony overlooking a leafy outlook.

The beach is a three-minute walk. An ideal location for interstate business guests or the perfect retreat for holidaymakers that makes a homestay experience extraordinary.


To Note:

*Once your reservation has been confirmed before checking in you may be asked for further Identification in the form of a photograph licence or passport to confirm your identification.

We have one guest parking permit available. If this is lost or not returned upon checkout a charge of $1000 and staturary declaration will be required.

*A $350 charge will be incurred if a key tag is lost and needs to be reissued.

*During our peak booking season we do not offer early or later checkout due do the high demand and cleaning turnaround.


*We use premium linen quality, all self-tanning, make-up, lipstick or sunscreen products that cannot be removed from the 100% bamboo linen sheet sets an additional charge of $150-$300 to cover the replacement of our sheet sets will apply.
We have supplied complimentary facial wipes for any make-up, foundation, mascara, lipstick, and sunscreen removal.

* We have a stringent "No photoshoots" policy during your stay or permitted without prior approval. A fee of $1500 will be charged.

  • Elwood Beach in Melbourne is a popular bayside beach during sunny days and a great family beach. It’s not as accessible from the city as St Kilda as it’s not exactly on the tram or train line, but still only 8km’s away if you have a car, or jump in a cab. The water was clean and calm for swimming and our kids had a great time playing on the sand and the rocks. It’s another fairly active beach and you’ll see people windsurfing, cycling, playing cricket and walking.

Lovely bright apartment, very modern and beautifully furnished. Great location close to the beach in Elwood. Host was tremendous-shopped for provisions before arrival and left gifts for guests staying over Christmas.Highly recommend
