Sufficient for one night

Friendly checkin and short drive into Healesville. Condition of room was old and dated. Sheets and bedding was older condition. Microwave was handy. Fine for a overnight stay if your not spending much time in the room. Cheaper to book direct with motel so utliser the hotels.com price match.

The motel is located about 3 kms from the town center so it was easy to access some nice restaurants as well as liquor and grocery shops. The accomodation itself was as described - one queen bed and a single bed which was perfect for 3 guests. Clean rooms and bathrooms plus the required amenities like fridge, AC, ironing stand, etc all in working order. The only negative aspects to mention was that the motel's restauraunt was closed the day we arrived and the fact that the sound from the other residents (either outside or in other rooms) would come through quite easily. I guess that's to be expected as it's a motel and disatnace between rooms are minimum. It's not really a negative point. Overall, we had a good stay, and will definitely book there again in the future if we pass by that area.

This is an old style budget motel, but offers clean rooms and value for money versus most other more expensive accommodation in the area - fine for an overnight stay! Restaurant facilities were closed (due COVID) but a few minutes drive into town and the dining options are varied. Pleasant reception staff. Overall OK

So beautiful - set in stunning natural surrounds, with ample parking - so quiet and peaceful. The facilities were excellent and clean and I recommend staying here for refreshing escapism.

The website states there is an 'outdoor solar heated pool'. It is not a heated pool. The ladder in/out of the pool is also loose and hard to use (only two shallow steps for a deep pool). The ensuite was so small as to be funny, including an unusually small sink with a huge tap. The room was clean. Aircon worked but was very noisy. Would not recommend this accommodation.

Sanctuary motel.

The room was fairly basic but clean and comfy. The motel is approx 3kms outside town and not really walkable. I’m not knocking the place as it was fine but our options were limited as a last minute booking. Staff were friendly and nice grounds.

Great little getaway. We chose to stay here as we have small children. The motel it within 5 minutes of Healesville Sanctuary, and close to town as well. Room was clean, and had enough space for all 4 of us. We were a little disappointed that the onsite restaurant was not in use. Kids had a great time in the pool.

Room had everything we needed and had been cleaned but not vaccumed, we arrived at 2:30pm for check in and they were still cleaning rooms when there really arnt that many and check out is 10am, the staff seem out of sorts and rushing around a bit
