The master bedroom upstairs features a king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in robe (sleeps 2). Downstairs, there’s a queen bedroom (sleeps 2), a triple bunk with trundle, and a games room with a queen sofa bed for extra guests.

The home is fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort. Linen and bath towels are provided, and the property is pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome! A laundry with a washing machine and dryer is also included.

Ample parking is available with a double carport and secure space for a caravan or boat behind a roller gate.

Located just a 5-minute stroll from the iconic Blairgowrie front beach and a 10-minute drive to award-winning vineyards, the Peninsula Hot Springs, and world-class golf courses. The beautiful Point Nepean National Park and its breathtaking views are also a short drive away. Your reservation includes the entire house, offering privacy and exclusivity. Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive detailed access instructions. All linen, bath towels, and starter amenities are included in the price for your convenience.

We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
