We are avid Tennis players so the Tennis Court was put to good use! The property is lovely and we enjoyed our stay there watching the Kangaroos from the backyard of the property overlooking the long stretch of farm land nearby. Dinner at a nearby winery Restaurant PIER10 is a must! The main beach is walking distance! We will return!
We stayed at Tecnevin for 3 nights over Christmas 2022. Great house for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog, with lots of different places to sit (inside and outside), beautiful lawns and garden and tennis court. Good set up in kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms etc, plus wifi. Good communications re: entry and exit. About a 15 min walk to Shoreham beach, and only a 5 min drive to Flinders.
Tecnevin - fabulous property with glorious gardens and views in superb location, close to beach
Tecnevin - what a find! We were delighted with this great property which suited our needs perfectly. So close to wineries, beaches and townships of Shoreham, Red Hill and Flinders. Our experience could not have been better.
Property manager, Lauren was superb to deal with and check in process smooth. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tecnevin to any other guests.
We loved staying at this property to celebrate our New Years! The secluded location was very peaceful! Only thing I would recommend is updating the pictures on the website to provide a more accurate reflection on what the rooms looks like (there were no pictures of the cottage which I think would be a great selling point!) thank you so much for our stay!
We had a lovely time at the house with lots to do over the few days in the Peninsula. The house was comfortable but freezing when we arrived. Heating was ok. Some of the portable heaters had a smell as if they had not been used in a while. Not pleasant in a bedroom so we had to turn them off. Otherwise showers were hot which was great. Lovely setting and good location
Tecnevin is a lovely property and we really enjoyed our stay. Large grounds, beautiful garden, great tennis court, and a very handy granny flat out the back (the kids had a great time working out who got to sleep there each night!).
Our family stayed here for a weekend getaway, just prior to Christmas. The house and space are wonderful, and very relaxing with lots of places to eat, unwind, entertain or just do nothing. The bedrooms were full of light, and clean and neat. the tennis court and activities were enjoyed by all.
Communication and check in were easy, and from here we were only a 5 minute drive to either Flinders or Merricks.
The only area that needs some attention, is that there are a number of items that do not work, such as air conditioners, and we were surprised that both a coffee machine and dishwasher are available in the kitchen, but as we didn't know, we did not have any access to coffee pods or dishwasher tablets. Both of which, would simply add to the overall experience. However, thoroughly enjoyed the home.
Spacious comfortable family accommodation in semi-rural setting with well maintained tennis court which was used every day.
Perfectly located midway between Red Hill and Flinders with easy access to quiet beaches and fabulous wineries.
Very helpful host who responded promptly to any queries.
Great location. Fabulous grass tennis court with night lights. However some of the household items like tennis rackets, kettle, coffee plunger, lights, electric blankets etc were broken - which was disappointing given the price we paid.

Ideal family getaway
We really enjoyed our mini break at Tecnevin, a perfect place to chill; toasting marshmallows on the back deck, kids & dog played hide n seek in the garden, we used fresh lemons to make lemonade, enjoyed a hit of tennis and happily explored walks and gourmet eateries, wineries in neighbouring Flinders and Red Hill. Kids have asked to return to this rural delight!

A beautiful break
Lovely property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shoreham. Great position and gorgeous grounds. It was nice to get out of the city and be only an hour away feeling like we were on a farm. It was cosy and the cottage was gorgeous. Thank you. We will be back.

Gorgeous location, perfect holiday house
We stayed here overnight as part of a friends hens celebration. The house was perfect, gorgeous grounds close to the beach and wineries. We even had a hit of tennis on the court! Everything was easy and well communicated, I would recommend to others wanting a lovely little hideaway.

Superb in every way!
We had one of the most enjoyable 'getaways' at Tecnevin. It was perfect in many ways. We were looking to take our family who were visiting from the UK away somewhere not to faraway from Melbourne, which had the feeling we had escaped to the country. We stayed for 3 nights and not only found the house to be comfortable with all the things you need, but the grounds to the homestead so manicured and beautifully laid out. Its a shame I didn't bring my tennis racquet as the courts were a stones throw away from the front door. We picked lemons off the tree to add to our gin and tonic which we drank on the lawn as the sun went down.
The house is glittered with beautiful paintings, which I noticed were for sale. So if you are looking for something extra, I suggest taking one home. There is wine provided (at a small cost) if you forget to pick some up on your way or you can visit the beautiful town of Flinders, where we had a fantastic dinner at Village Cafe and Wine Bar.
All in all a fantastic stay and one I would recommend.
Thanks!

Outstanding
Secluded, quiet, peaceful with all mod cons provided, magnificent house on several acres with a tennis court and only min walk to the beach. Some minor problems with the wi fi and plumbing which were promptly sorted out by the owner. Highly recommended for a relaxing rejuvenating break far from the madding crowd.
