Manky dungeon like room

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking advertised amazing views, but when I arrived I was given a ground level unit with no views. The only window you could see out of look out to a hallway, so you felt like a zoo exhibit. Beyond the hallway was the car park.The room had a musty smell, the cutlery and crockery was dirty, and the towels were old and very scratchy. The cushions were stained, and the bedding tired and in adequate. The only heating was an electric heater that buzzed and made other unnerving sounds throughout the night.

Lovely piece of paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property offers a unique and tranquil experience while being within reach of a major city. The room was well equipped with all amenities and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Although the property was full during our stay, we had a very pleasant and peaceful experience.The staff went out of their way to accommodate us during the booking process as well as during our stay. Would definitely recommend for the young, old and families.

Peaceful base to explore the Yarra Valley and beyond

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property sent through clear instructions to make finding the place and self check-in straight forward. A small lit up sign on the road would make it even easier for future guests or those arriving after dark, but we found it using the instructions regardless.The location is fantastic, tucked away with a feeling of total escape yet just a short drive away from wineries, eateries, supermarkets etc if needed. This was also a great springboard to access some of the best walks in the region, we spent one day exploring black spur drive and Marysville. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were well though through and for the most part we had everything we needed. The only thing we couldn't find was a wifi password or a hair dryer, but as we were there for a short stay we didn't reach out to request these so they may be available if you ask.I would certainly recommend the place to anyone wanting to explore the Yarra ranges, and would happily stay again.
