Excellent staff always happy to see us again. Excellent customer service for anything we need. Cleanliness of rooms needs attention as some customers don’t take care of property. An excellent addition would be a sauna.

My stay at the Vibe hotel was very good. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. I felt very safe and relaxed during my stay. Highly recommend!

The location is good, walk distance to go to Flinder Station, Victoria Queen Market, China Town, State Library, Federal Square, National Gallery of Victoria and easy to take free zone tram to visit the CBD area. Staffs are friendly. Recommended to anyone who wants to stay in CBD.

This was our second stay at Vibe. The location is great, close to the Flinders train station and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very nice and clean. Super comfortable beds and modern bathroom.

Hotel is on a busy corner near Flinders Street station where the trains run 24 hours per day. Being on floor 4 of 22, you hear the trains running at all hours. Hotel is excellent with a swimming pool and a soon to be open rooftop bar on floor 22. Buffet breakfast is good with a wide range of food but is repetitive as is the food menu . Rooms are clean and tidy with all you want for a city centre stay.

Had a great view of the Yarra River and Southbank at a good price, and room and facilities were top notch. Staff were excellent and extra accommodating with us needing to store stuff in the restaurant fridge. Will stay there again. Thank you!

This was a great hotel for a stay in early 2024. Located by the traffic station and river, and within the boundaries of the free tram zone made it a great place to make as our 'home' while visiting Melbourne. Our 8th floor room was clean and comfortable and offered good views over the Yarra, and the team members at the hotel were helpful when needed. Our stay here was great!

Good location for river end of town and casino/tennis/mcg. Foyer entrance is a bit lame, no grandeur, just a single auto slide door similar to an apartment building and then immediate steps. Foyer had a very strong odour of fried fish. Room was very good nice linen, king bed, all amenities working includes ironing board, big windows view of the river and casino. Almost Everything working, room door was jamming, house keeping left it unlatched once. Also 1 wine glass was dirty. Alls staff interactions were very good.

The Vibe hotel was in a great location. The staff were so friendly. They gave us a lovely free bottle of wine when we told them that it was our anniversary and when I rang the front desk at 11:30 pm saying the fridge had broken down and all my drinks I had bought would get cold, they were straight up and offered to take our drinks to their fridge and we could get them in the morning. The rooms were lovely and clean and bed nice and comfy. The o my small thing I would have to say is that and I’m not sure if it’s in all rooms, but you can hear the water running through the pipes in the roof, even through the night so that may affect someone who is a light sleeper. We will stay there again. Thanks Vibe for having us

Nice hotel in a good location
Great hotel in a perfect location. Our room was clean, spacious and we had a wonderful view of the river and surrounding area. Breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were also helpful. The tram for the Aussie Open stopped right outside the hotel and it made it very easy to attend the event.

I booked this hotel a year in advance so my family could attend night games at the tennis. I was thinking we could easily return to the hotel via public transport and catch up sleep during the day as both nights the tennis went to 2am. WRONG! As we had just had breakfast and returned to the room we were woken by jackhammering and drilling construction noises. I rang reception to find out there is construction going on between 5am to 7pm and it cannot be stopped. It was so loud. They told me there should have been a letter when I arrive, but I was never informed. The letter was then given to me, telling me to 'shut my curtains' to avoid the noise!!! I am leaving exhausted. One of the lifts was a wooden temporary construction. My kids were terrified of it. The breakfast was not family friendly. I had to explain each day that the family room was in fact two rooms connected. This seemed to take them a while to deal with each day. It is not a buffet style, but you can order 1 item from a set menu. They would not deliver to rooms. Good for a foodie, not great for fussy tired kids. Good location, clean, but that' about it. This hotel was clearly not the right accommodation for my needs.

Outstanding.
The stay there was outstanding. The room and the hotel itself were spotless and had everything one needs. The most special feature was the friendliness of the whole staff, including those from the restaurant. Would definetely go again if the opportunity presents itself.

Modern room decor and room size was OK. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. I paid extra for the Yarra River view room but although my room had yarra River views, the window was facing along Flinders St (cheaper room type) and not looking directly out to the Yarra River and across to Southbank. I find the photos for the room types are misleading because they do not clearly show what view you are paying for!
