Pool too small and cold temperature. No Sauna. Breakfast was very average. Room was noisy , ambulance/fire brigade. Needs triple glaze. In room dining was amazing. No complimentary gifts on arrival, such as free drink or snacks.

We had a fantastic stay at the W in one of their pet friendly rooms. I could not speak more highly of the staff, everything was taken care of with an extra measure of thoughtfulness and consideration. Their kindness, friendliness, attention to detail and care made our stay truely exceptional. It was such a relief to arrive after a long drive and feel right at home. And the breakfast at Lollo was a delight!

Interior, facility and staffs were good. But because most of their amenities are black in colour, dusts were easily shown on side tables and cups etc. Also my room wasn’t made up for the first two days because of privacy light on the door. I left it on on the first day because I didn’t even notice that I left it on, but my room wasn’t still cleaned up on the second day while I left the privacy light off.. I had to ring concierge and staff came to replace towels, empty rubbish bins etc. Then I received another email on my third day to say they couldn’t make my room up because of privacy light! I immediately replied the email to say I left the privacy light off. Their services and facilities are good but I think they need to check on privacy light issues.

Everything was good EXCEPT. I had to pay 70$ a day for my car to be parked. And when they returned it, it had a massive dent in the hood. And they won’t own up to it. Won’t be back!

I was very underwhelmed. I booked this night in the city for my family. The pool can not be used after 6pm by children, which I could only find in small print on the website when I looked for it afterwards. I think 7pm would be a better time as when the families were told to leave at 6pm, more than half the customers left the pool area. And we were ordering far more drinks and snacks than the people without kids. I was told when I made the booking that the restaurant Lollo would be able to accommodate my kids. No kids menu. My kids are 10 and 13, so they are not little and sat quietly. But I know the kids weren’t really welcome there. I think it’s more than find to be an adults only accommodation, but you need to state that like many other hotels do. The beds were super comfortable and the room was nice. But the shower. with no screen set up had water going everywhere. And charging $8 simply to deliver a coffee to the pool area is the service that should already be covered in the very high room rate fee. The room rate is very high for where the hotel is located and the service is just not worth that rate.

This hotel was amazing, staff were extremely helpful, my only concern was being a bit less tech savvy, I couldn’t understand the streaming of your own content to watch movies and all the switches were a bit weird But really nice hotel

I liked the fact it was close to cafes and transport. Staff very friendly. But the hotel could have had a toilet on ground floor for convenience. We had to walk up to the restaurant to use the toilet when we checked in. But we will definitely be back, the vouchers we received to use on restaurants and the bar was so generous and very grateful.
