Located on the corner of Courtney, Capel and Queensberry Streets this spacious 2 bedroom apartment offers true Inner city living.
Enjoy being close to the most sought after part of Melbourne with restaurants, cafes and public transport right across the road with trams going into the city and up toward Parkville, less than a 10 minute walk to Melbourne University, Parkville hospitals, Queen Victoria Market and Flagstaff garden and within Uni High School Zone.

Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm via app or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your great trip.

-Spacious bedrooms with plenty of natural light, carpet and mirrored built in wardrobes.

-Beautiful modern bathroom with excellent lighting and shower with large showerhead.
