Spacious, but....

Pros: A great place near centre of Rye beach. 5mins drive to the beach and restaurants. 10mins to shopping centre. The property got lot of space. We are 6, but I reckon the house can still accommodate 7-8 people. Kitchen includes everything a family needs for every meal. Cons: Hot water not turned on when we arrived, no instructions how to get the hot water on. I have to look for the switch for the hot water which is in the main power switch box. We have to wait overnight to get the water heated. Not an ideal situation when all of us wanted to take a shower after a day in the beach and it was 16C outside. Living room got too many spiders in the ceiling and wall. No Foxtel despite advertise in website. TV doesn't even have local channel 10. Does not allow early check-in and late check out. No instructions when is rubish collection day. I have to bring out the wheelie bins at the curb to avoid being charge of additional fees.
