“AC made a loud noise ”

“The shower was not hot, the shower pressure was a trickle, breakfast was bad enough that we found a restaurant the second day (out of eggs, the waffle maker was not maintained, so you couldn't remove a cooked waffle cleanly. There was a false alarm at 4:22 am with no follow up to let guests know that it was a false alarm.”

“Couldn't keep up with coffee. Sunday morning a baseball team was eating breakfast so they pretty much took up the eating area. An hour later the hot items weren't hot/ lukewarm . Had to wait for coffee. NO ELAVATOR. Had to walk up 18 steps with your luggage plus no cart to put luggage on as we were on the second floor. Railings wobbly, not secure.”

“The facilities are quite outdated and needed for a renovation.”

“Although its per-friendly and the room that was designated for tenant with pet, the room smells “pet scent” lingering the room. Needs to be clean up good.”

“Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! Looks far worse than the pictures. Staff is non-existent, you have to call them and they drive over. The room itself was FILTHY, especially the bathroom which in no way was cleaned from whomever stayed last. Two tiny crappy pillows per queen bed. Broken fixtures, holes in walls, window broken and wouldn't lock, dirty towels, light bulb missing, tv barely worked, zero decor, dripping bathtub faucet, pubes in tub, blood on bathroom wall, I could go on and on.……

“The room was spotless and very inviting”

“Very clean and breakfast was good. ”

“It was a first for me to use a "kiosk" to check into my room. But it was easy and painless. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the breakfast didn't start until after we left in the morning, so I don't know how well they did. The coffee was not good. Other than that, everything was fine.”

“The room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. The exterior appearance was very unkept. The pool was not available “until further notice”. The fitness room had 3 machines, 1 of which was broken. ”

“The pictures show a hot tub but there isn’t one, it was apparently removed. I chose this hotel because of hot tub, need to do better with advertising.”

“Hot breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Lobby was quite lovely and very comfortable. Did not use the hot tub or pool but other guests commented that they were pleased. Employees were very kind and helpful. An unpleasant surprise: 1 $25 "Upsell Early check in" After traveling from Bhm Alabama to Newton and arriving only 2 hours prior to check in time, this was an unpleasant surprise on our bill 2 Although not requiring any maid service, charged $4/day "service fees" These are cheesy……

“The first room we had smelled like dog , we went a requested a different room, we were given another room much better, but that room the walls were so dusty we could have wrote in the dust.”

“We had bugs in the room. Killed 2 large beetle type insects. Heater smelled horribly but we had to run it because it was so cold in The room. We will stay someplace different next time. ”

“Could have been cleaner ”

“Did a bed bug check night before and everything was ok. Woke up in the AM, had one crawling on the pillow. My wife had a few bites. Took it up in a zip lock bag to the front office and the attendant didn't want anything to do but get us checked out ASAP. Took the morning to get all of our stuff out onto bags to take home and put into the dryer.”
