「The area is amazingly quiet. Everything is very handy -- we walked to dinner on racecourse red, walked to Flemington racecourse, and walked barely 5 minutes to an amazing cafe for breakfast. The townhouse is very comfortable.」

「Unfortunately our stay was not the best. On entering the house it had a terrible odour similar to a wet dog smell. It stated "no pets allowed" on the listing however there had clearly been a dog/cat in the property as both myself and my daughter had bad asthma due to us being allergic to dogs/cats.The house is in need of some desperate maintenance as there was an electrical power point coming out of the wall and exposed electrical wires, the toilet seat was broken and not attached to the main...

The host was easy to communicate with, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth and simple.A couple of things to note would be that the house could have been cleaned a bit better before our arrival, the air conditioning is something to consider as it did get quite stuffy at times, and the lights in the stairway didn’t work which made it quite dark...
