Terrazza Belvedere is an apartment with amazing view on the sea, for holidays in Torre dell`Orso, in a privileged position, overlooking the historic tower. It accommodates up to 4 guests.
The house is equipped with a beautiful furnished terrace with hot tub and barbecue and accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, outdoor shower, hair-dryer, tv, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed.

gate on the ground floor opens into a small paved patio with outdoor
shower and the stairs arriving on the first floor, where is Terrazza
Belvedere.
The holiday home is small but cozy, with a beautiful and panoramic terrace with hot tub and barbecue, overlooking the sea, the town swuare and the watchtower of Torre dell`Orso.
The
terrace, which is partially covered with a pergola, is furnished with
table and chairs and a hammowck where you can relax with a breathtaking
view.
Terrazza Belvedere consists of a living room with open
kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are divided by a
wardrobe.

The apartment Terrazza Belvedere is in a privileged position in the heart of Torre dell`Orso,
beautiful seaside location near Melendugno, with a watchtower facing
the house, a sandy beach with pine forest and the legendary Due Sorelle.
The town services are at your fingertips. Moreover, it is available a free pass to park near the apartment.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
