“Having travelled with my wife all around the world - staying sometimes in some great places and other times …not so great, our choice of Hotel Donna Rosa was on the great side! It is a small hotel in a small town but the staff and owner of the hotel make you feel important at all times. No question asked was considered trivial and was always answered to make sure you were satisfied. The location is ideal - a short walk to the sea and street parking was always available. “A little bit far and less room service than expected”

“We had the best dinner of our whole trip at the borgo, and for a very reasonable price! But an important negative point of the accomodation is that it is right next to the highway between Catania and Messina, with traffic noise day and night.”

“The staff was incredibly helpful. We needed to rent a car, have it delivered and returned to another location. They went up and beyond what was expected! Also, I had a wonderful massage and a fabulous lunch . We arrived late for reservation but still were able to get a sandwich and a drink. Wish that we could have stayed longer,!!”

“Nice location 5mins walk from start of Corso Umberto, without having to climb steps. The Good: very helpful reception staff, great views, clean room, ok breakfast. The Bad: extremely tiny bathroom and 3x3 foot shower stall impossible to turn or bend. The Ugly: hotel keeps old fashion keys with room numbers openly hanging near the reception front door. Anyone can walk in and take your key! Put them behind the reception desk, please.”

“Läget på hotellet är fantastiskt och personalen var otrolig. De hjälpte oss med skräddarsydda lösningar trots att de inte behövde, vilket resulterade i den bästa upplevelsen på hela resan. Sängen var väldigt hård och kunde behöva en uppdatering, man sov mindre bra. Men på det stora hela så vägde service och läge upp allt. Stort stort tack till hotellets manager som verkligen gjorde det lilla extra för att göra vår vistelse till en magisk del av vår resa!”
